Supply of School Uniform

We aim to create a purposeful and aspirational attitude to learning through the wearing of a smart school uniform.

NOTE: 

  • All jewellery must be removed for PE lessons. Taping is not permitted
  • Students must provide a note from parents/carers/carers if they are unable to undertake physical activity
  • Students will still be expected to engage in and participate in the lesson in some form

 

Jewellery

  • One single stud in each ear can be worn.  Ear stretchers are not permitted
  • Rings, necklaces or bracelets are not permitted
  • Facial piercings are not permitted

Students will be asked to remove items that are not permitted; these will be handed back at the end of half term

Hair

  • Hair should be of natural colour.  No patterns or shapes cut in the hair or eyebrows
  • Long hair must be tied back for certain workshop/drama/laboratory/PE activities
  • Beads are not permitted

Makeup

  • Lipstick, eye makeup and/or false eyelashes are not permitted
  • Coloured nail varnish, acrylic or gel nails are not permitted

Students will be told to remove makeup and nail varnish.

Purchasing Second-Hand Uniform

Families are warmly encouraged to make use of our second-hand uniform service, which offers high‑quality, pre‑loved items at affordable prices. Purchasing second-hand uniform not only supports sustainability and reduces waste, but also helps our school community by ensuring that all students have access to the clothing they need. Please contact Reception for current availability.

Donating Second-Hand Uniform

Please donate your unwanted, good quality uniform to school.  To donate, we ask you to:

  • Wash items at 60 degrees
  • Deliver your donations to reception or send in with your child to hand in

Any lost property at the end of the academic year, which is unnamed and unclaimed will be considered for second hand uniform.
