Parent Installation & Setup Guide

Before you begin

Make sure that:

• The school has your correct email address and mobile phone number on record
• Your phone is connected to the internet (WiFi or mobile data)
• You have your mobile with you to receive a PIN via SMS

Step 1: Download & Install the App

** On iPhone / iPad (iOS): **

1. Open the App
2. Search for “School Gateway” (by ISUZ Limited)
3. Tap Get / Install

** On Android (phones / tablets): **

1. Open the Google Play
2. Search for “School Gateway” (ISUZ / Schoolcomms)
3. Tap Install
   • When prompted, allow push notifications so the app can alert you when new messages

Step 2: Activate / Register Your Account

1. Launch the School Gateway
2. Tap New User / Sign
3. Enter your email address and mobile number exactly as the school has them
4. Tap Send
5. You’ll receive a 4-digit PIN via SMS
6. Back in the app, enter the PIN and tap Login
7. You should now see the home screen with your child(ren)

Step 3: What to Do After Logging In

• Explore tabs like Payments, Clubs, Reports, and Absences
• You can change your PIN later from the app’s settings
