Parent Installation & Setup Guide
Before you begin
Make sure that:
- The school has your correct email address and mobile phone number on record
- Your phone is connected to the internet (WiFi or mobile data)
- You have your mobile with you to receive a PIN via SMS
Step 1: Download & Install the App
** On iPhone / iPad (iOS): **
- Open the App
- Search for “School Gateway” (by ISUZ Limited)
- Tap Get / Install
** On Android (phones / tablets): **
- Open the Google Play
- Search for “School Gateway” (ISUZ / Schoolcomms)
- Tap Install
- When prompted, allow push notifications so the app can alert you when new messages
Step 2: Activate / Register Your Account
- Launch the School Gateway
- Tap New User / Sign
- Enter your email address and mobile number exactly as the school has them
- Tap Send
- You’ll receive a 4-digit PIN via SMS
- Back in the app, enter the PIN and tap Login
- You should now see the home screen with your child(ren)
Step 3: What to Do After Logging In
- Explore tabs like Payments, Clubs, Reports, and Absences
- You can change your PIN later from the app’s settings
