What will students study at Key Stage 5?

Year 12: Students engage with leadership (Junior Leadership Team (JLT)  / House roles), mentoring/volunteering, super‑curricular reading, admissions tests tasters and work experience, broadening cultural capital and study skills.

Year 13 focus turns to progression: personal statements, interview preparation, advanced super‑curricular projects and targeted experiences aligned to courses/apprenticeships.

What do assessments test?

  • Development of leadership, service and super‑curricular engagement evidenced through participation and reflection

Attend all lessons, meet deadlines, keep high‑quality notes, and use independent study effectively (at least the Sixth Form expectation per subject). Build habits of spaced retrieval, interleaved practice and regular past‑paper work.
